1. Order Processing Time

We know you’re ready to start your journey. That’s why we work hard to get your order ready for dispatch.

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Each Bio-IQ™ device undergoes a final quality inspection before leaving our warehouse to ensure it meets our rigorous clinical standards.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

  • United States: 6 – 10 business days.

  • International: 7 – 12 business days (depending on your location).

Please note: These are estimates. Factors such as high demand, seasonal peaks, or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

3. Order Tracking

Transparency is key to a frictionless experience.

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive your code.

4. Shipping Costs

5. Address Accuracy

To ensure your Bio-IQ™ tools reach you safely, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at support@naturiqfit.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We’ve got your back. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@naturiqfit.com. We will investigate with the carrier and ensure a replacement is sent to you as quickly as possible.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For our international customers: Naturiq Fit is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
